How to use

This essential oil blend can be used in a variety of ways to enhance your bedtime routine:

  • Simply add a few drops to your diffuser, pillow or bedding for a soothing and calming aroma.
  • Add 3-5 drops to your diffuser 30 minutes before starting your bedtime routine.

Allow the gentle mist to empower the room prior to sleep time.

FAQ

Can I apply the blend on my skin? Essential oils should always be dilluted in a carrier oil prior skin application. If you wish to use this blend on skin, make sure you follow our guideline (head to our Resources page).

How can I use this blend with my children?
When it comes to essential oils, a little goes a long way. While this blend was initially formulated for our children, we recommend you apply 1 drop only on their bed, or 2-3 drops in a diffuser 30 min before bedtime.

I am pregnant, can I use this blend?
Essential oils on the skin should be avoided during the 1st trimestre. If you wish to use essential, please ask your GP or a naturopath. However, this blend is formulated with gentle essential oils and can be used safely in the diffuser (please refer to our How to use).

It actually works!

I was very sceptical buying this blend for our 6 months old but it actually works! I put about 3-4 drops in a diffuser in my son's bedroom and leave it on for about 30 min. It brings a relaxing atmosphere in his bedroom. I also feel more relaxed while reading a book to my son. Once we are done we our bedtime routine I put him down and he falls asleep faster than before!
It smells beautiful!

I am so glad I found this website and tried the baby oil. I tried many different things that didn't work. This blend smells amazing and works on my baby girl. She sleeps much better and the bedtime routine is not a nightmare anymore! My husband and I started also to use it in our bedroom and we feel more relaxed and rested! Absolutely love it!
